    Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs) are career conversion programmes targeted at mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs), to undergo skills conversion and move into new occupations or sectors that have good prospects and opportunities for progression.

    The Global Ready Talent Programme (GRT) supports Singapore enterprises that are keen to build a talent pipeline and expand both locally and overseas. As one of the Approved-in-Principle (AIP) partners, SGTech evaluates and qualifies promising Singapore enterprises to come on board the programme and serves as the primary contact point for GRT-related matters.
